This is Michelle, she is 26 years old and has four children, 6, 5, 3, 2, and a fiancé. Michelle was struggling to make ends meet, and lost their home due to mounting debt. Michelle felt full of anxiety and panic worrying about how she would feed her children. She heard about Helping Hands and went to receive assistance about a year ago and her anxiousness and panic subsided, knowing she could choose food for her family and feed them. One of her daughters could not tolerate formula and needed a special kind of formula, and was able to get the formula she needed through the help of Helping Hands.
